• getting caught up scripting/recording my podcast episodes
• new gameplan to more effectively spread awareness about npd abuse as well as the importance of developing a solid sense of self.
• redesigned this website with a new theme using thrive
• created a new "bucket" list and used the tabs element to organize it. i am happy!
• it's now cold enough to use my electric blanket again. neko loves how toasty it is!
• started buying fexofenadine on amazon - $20 for 120 pills (vs $30 for 15 allegra-d pills). works just as well as allegra and i get 8x more for $10 less... how does this even make sense? (shoutout to my girl laura for this info! )
• finishing up a few creative courses including: food photography, content creation, and video editing. (stretch from my usual courses reviewing psychotherapy techniques!)
